151 PROOF 30 DAY CHALLENGE

 Welcome to the 151 Proof Challenge! This platform is tailored for individuals seeking to push their limits and strive for personal growth. Our values revolves around collective engagement, where participants inspire, motivate, and support one another to conquer the challenge at hand.


With our structured approach, each challenge is segmented into three levels of difficulty: Advanced, Intermediate, and Beginner. These tiers ensure continuous advancement throughout the journey, accommodating various skill levels and pace preferences. While there are no strict time constraints, participants are encouraged to complete each exercise within the designated 24-hour period, spanning across 151 days. Join us as we embark on this transformative journey together!


PLEASE REMEMBER to consult your doctor before attempting any exercises  that you may find uncomfortable doing alone. 151 Proof serves as the  foundation for everyday exercise and movement. We are here to provide  motivation and awareness. However, 151 Proof may not be sufficient on  its own. There are other factors that contribute to achieving the  results you desire. Proper sleep, food intake, diet, meditation, and  additional calisthenics/yoga/weight lifting/cardio should all be  considered for optimal results. DSAI aims to promote healthier  communities by fostering teamwork and enjoyment. We're all in this  together, so let's prepare for the 151 PROOF CHALLENGE!
