151 PROOF 30 DAY CHALLENGE

HEALTH AND WELLNESS

WELCOME TO THE 151 PROOF CHALLENGE FACEBOOK CHAT GROUP!  These exercises are specifically for those who are challenging themselves. This is about group participation. How do we do it?  We inspire each other, motivate each other, and push each group member to complete the challenge.   


Each challenge will have 3 levels of difficulty: Advanced, Intermediate, and Beginner. These levels are designed to help continue the forward progress of the challenge each day if needed. There are no specific time requirements to complete a challenge, but you must complete each exercise within the 24 hours of each day or specified. 


REMEMBER: Consult your doctor before attempting any exercises that you may feel uncomfortable doing alone.  151 Proof is just the foundation of everyday exercising and moving the body. We are here for motivation and awareness.  151 Proof may not help alone. There are other contributors to gaining results that you are looking for.  Proper sleep, food intake, diet, meditation, and extra calisthenics/yoga/weight lifting/cardio should be considered for optimal results.   DSAI is looking to promote healthier communities by working together and having fun. We are all in this together, so let's get ready for the 151 PROOF CHALLENGE!
